Buy a ₹5,000 Myntra voucher and the answer could be a public gift-voucher site, a UPI offer, or your card used directly. The gap between the best route and the worst is real money, often more than the discount you were chasing in the first place.
WeVouch exists to answer that one question, for one brand, at one amount, at one moment in time.
What we do
We compare gift voucher discounts across the sellers we track, side by side. What matters just as much is the denomination limits, caps and exclusions, which decide whether an advertised rate is anything like the rate you receive.
Today we compare UPI routes only, across four voucher sellers: Woohoo, Gyftr, EaseMyDeal and Dealzy. Credit and debit card rewards are not part of the comparison yet. When they are, this page will say so. Until then we would rather tell you what we do not cover than let you assume we cover it.
How we work
Our method is the product. It is deliberately conservative, and it is the reason our numbers are sometimes lower than the ones on the offer page.
We rank at the guaranteed minimum, not the advertised maximum
Reward points do not have one value, they have a ladder. The same points can be worth several times more when redeemed one way than another, and the best rung usually depends on availability, timing or a redemption most people never make. Marketing pages rank at the top of that ladder. We rank at the bottom, which is the rate you are guaranteed, and show the upside separately with a label on it. A ceiling never wins a comparison on our site.
We never publish a number we have not verified
Every rate traces back to a source we actually read. If we do not have it, we say we do not have it. We do not fill gaps with plausible-looking estimates.
“Not checked” and “not available” are different answers
If an offer genuinely does not exist for a payment method, we record that explicitly, so you see “no offer today” rather than a blank. If we simply have not looked yet, we say so instead. Collapsing those two into silence is how comparison sites quietly mislead people, and we treat the distinction as a hard rule.
Stale is not the same as true
Rates change without notice, and a correct answer from six weeks ago is not a correct answer. Everything we show carries the date it was last checked.
We correct our mistakes in the open
A comparison site’s only real asset is whether you can trust the number, and that is not built by looking infallible. When we get something wrong, such as a cap read at the wrong level or a rate that was never actually in force, we will correct it visibly rather than quietly overwriting it.
What we are not
- We are not a seller. We do not sell vouchers, process payments, hold funds or handle your money in any form. When you buy, you buy from the merchant or platform directly.
- We are not a bank, and we are not affiliated with one. We are not sponsored, endorsed or authorised by any bank, card issuer, voucher platform or brand we write about. We reference them the way a reviewer references a product, by name, because that is its name.
- We are not financial advisers. Nothing on WeVouch is investment, credit or tax advice. We tell you what a transaction is likely to return under stated rules. What you should do with your money is your call.
- We do not sell rankings. Some outbound links earn us a commission when you buy through them, and that is disclosed here and in our terms. What it does not do is move anything up the page. If the best route for you pays us nothing, it still comes first.
What we found
Building this, a few things became obvious quickly:
- No seller wins even half the time. Across the products we track, the strongest platform takes the top spot on about 41% of them. Always buying from the same one costs you money on most purchases.
- UPI is usually the best rail. On roughly four out of five products, a UPI route beats every card, wallet and net-banking route the seller offers.
- The headline rate is not the rate. Denomination limits decide whether a discount applies to the amount you actually want. A seller advertising a better percentage may not be able to issue your value at all.
None of that is secret. It is just tedious to work out, one brand at a time, every time you buy something. That is the work we do so you do not have to.
Who we are
WeVouch is built and operated by Tanish Anam and Nishant Dhupia, an unregistered partnership trading as WeVouch, based in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
Two of us build it, in our own time. The project began as a personal spreadsheet, an attempt to settle whether one voucher site was actually the better buy. It grew into a rules engine because the honest answer turned out to change brand by brand, and month by month. Commission from outbound links is how it pays for itself, and the ranking method is published so you can check that it has not bent to suit that.

Corrections are welcome and taken seriously. If your receipt disagrees with our number, we want to know. What you were actually charged is often the only evidence that a published rate was ever really in force.
