Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of wevouch.co.in and any related subdomain, page or feature (the “Site”), operated by Tanish Anam and Nishant Dhupia, an unregistered partnership trading as WeVouch, at 364/5, Shiv Kund, Nagina Bagh, Ajmer, Rajasthan 305001, India.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. It does not require a physical or digital signature.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

2. What the Site is

WeVouch is an independent information and comparison service. We publish estimates of what a given purchase is likely to return across different routes, together with the caps, denomination limits and exclusions that affect the outcome.

The comparison currently covers UPI routes across four voucher sellers. Credit card, debit card and reward-portal comparisons are not yet included. Where the Site says a feature is coming soon, it is not live and should not be relied on.

3. What the Site is not

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it.

  • We are not a seller or a marketplace. We do not sell, resell, issue or distribute vouchers, gift cards, credit cards or financial products. We do not process payments, hold funds, or act as an agent for any merchant or bank.
  • We are not a party to your transaction. When you act on information from the Site, your purchase is a contract between you and the merchant or platform concerned. Their terms, refund policy and dispute process apply, not ours.
  • We are not a financial adviser. Nothing on the Site is investment advice, credit advice, tax advice or a recommendation to obtain, retain or use any financial product. We are not registered with SEBI, the RBI or any financial regulator, and no content on the Site should be treated as regulated financial advice. Decisions about credit, borrowing and spending are yours, and you should consider taking independent professional advice.
  • We are not affiliated with any bank, issuer, platform or brand we write about, unless a specific page says otherwise in plain terms.

4. Accuracy, staleness and the limits of what we can know

We put real effort into accuracy, and the method is written up on our About Us page. But you must understand its limits before you rely on anything here:

  1. Rates and offers change without notice. A discount, cap or fee can change, be withdrawn, or be applied differently the day after we verify it. Every figure we publish carries the date it was last checked. Always confirm the final price and terms on the seller’s own page before you pay.
  2. A published rate is not necessarily an in-force rate. We record what a source says; we cannot always know what a system actually applies at checkout.
  3. Our figures are estimates, not promises. Actual outcomes depend on the denomination you buy, limits you may have already used elsewhere, and the seller’s own terms at the moment of purchase.
  4. We rank at the guaranteed minimum. Where a benefit can be realised at several values, we rank at the lowest guaranteed value and display better outcomes separately as upside. An upside figure is not a figure you should expect to receive.
  5. Gaps are real. Where we have not verified something, we say so. An absence of data on our Site is not evidence that an offer does not exist.
  6. We may be wrong. We correct errors publicly when we find them. If you spot one, please write to contact@wevouch.co.in.

You use the information on this Site at your own risk and on your own judgement.

5. Independence and how we make money

WeVouch does not accept payment from any bank, card issuer, voucher platform or merchant in exchange for a ranking, placement, rating or favourable mention. Rankings are produced by our published method and nothing else.

Some outbound links on the Site are affiliate or referral links, and we may earn a commission if you buy after clicking one. This is disclosed on the pages where such links appear.

Commission does not influence rankings. Where the best route for you is one that pays us nothing, that is the route we show first, and our method is published so you can check.

You never pay more because of a commission. It is paid by the seller out of their own margin, and the price you see is the price you would get going to them directly.

6. Trademarks and third-party names

All bank names, brand names, platform names, product names, trademarks and logos referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. They are used nominatively, meaning we name a product in order to discuss it, which is the only way a comparison can work.

Their use does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or approval by those owners, and none should be inferred. If you own a mark and believe it is being used improperly, write to contact@wevouch.co.in and we will review it promptly.

7. Our content and your permitted use

Except for third-party marks, everything on the Site is owned by Tanish Anam and Nishant Dhupia or licensed to us. That covers the text, the methodology, the rankings, the comparison logic, the database structure, the design and the code, and it is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws.

You may: view, use and share our pages for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, and quote us briefly with clear attribution and a link.

You may not, without our written permission:

  • Copy, republish, resell or redistribute our content, in whole or in substantial part
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract our data by automated means
  • Use our data to build, train or populate a competing product, dataset or model
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive our comparison logic
  • Remove or obscure attribution, dates or disclaimers from anything you reproduce
  • Frame or mirror the Site, or present our output as your own

Our staleness dates and evidence labels are part of the content. Reproducing a figure without them is a misrepresentation, not a quotation.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any account
  • Introduce malware, or interfere with the Site’s operation or security
  • Impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or bypass rate limits
  • Impersonate WeVouch, or any other person or entity
  • Submit false, misleading or deliberately fabricated information to us

We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

9. Third-party sites and offers

The Site links to external sites. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security, pricing, terms or privacy practices. Once you leave the Site, your relationship is with them. Any dispute about a purchase, a voucher, a refund or a reward credit must be raised with that merchant or platform.

10. Availability

We provide the Site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of it, at any time, without notice or liability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeVouch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currency, non-infringement, or that any rate, offer or saving shown will be available or honoured.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • WeVouch, its founders, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, savings, rewards, points, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the Site.
  • We will not be liable for losses arising from an offer being withdrawn, changed, capped, excluded or applied differently than shown; from a merchant or platform’s act or omission; or from a decision you made on the basis of information here.
  • The Site is free to use. We charge you nothing and we hold no payment relationship with you of any kind. Any commission we earn is paid by a seller, never by you.
  • Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims connected with the Site will not exceed ₹1,000, or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is higher. Since we charge nothing, the second limb is nil.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Some of these limitations may not apply to you if applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tanish Anam and Nishant Dhupia and their personnel against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or hosting failures, third-party outages, cyber attacks, changes in law, government action, natural disasters or civil disruption.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product or the law changes. The date above will change and we will announce material changes on the Site. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Site.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Grievances section below, the courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms.

17. Grievances

If you have a complaint about the Site, its content, or any material you believe infringes your rights, contact our Grievance Officer, appointed under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

18. Severability, waiver and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will stay in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
