How long we take
We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Requests about your personal data are answered within 30 days.
What to include
- What you saw, and where. A link or a screenshot is ideal.
- What you expected instead, and why.
- An email address we can reply to.
For a wrong rate, the brand, the seller and the date are usually enough. Please do not send card numbers, statements or account numbers. We do not need them, and we will delete anything of that kind you send.
What we can and cannot resolve
We can correct anything we published: a wrong rate, a bad denomination, a brand named incorrectly, a stale offer still showing as live.
We cannot resolve a dispute about a purchase you made. We are not a party to it, we never held your money, and only the seller can issue a refund or reissue a voucher. Their support team is the right place for that, and we will point you to it.
If we do not resolve it
For complaints about personal data, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response. Our Privacy Policy sets out your rights in full.
