Where the numbers come from
Voucher prices are collected from the sellers’ own public product pages by a separate data team, and delivered to us as a batch. We rank what that batch contains. We do not estimate a rate we were not given.
What we can tell you
Every comparison shows the date its data was built, and every option carries a count of how many days old the underlying check was when the batch was assembled.
What we cannot tell you yet
Right now the whole dataset shares a single timestamp. We can tell you when the batch was built. We cannot tell you whether a particular rate was re-confirmed that day or carried forward unchanged from an earlier one.
Per-rate verification timestamps are being added by the data team. Until they arrive, we show one date for the whole result rather than putting a confident age on each line. Doing otherwise would be the exact false precision this site exists to avoid.
What we do when something is stale
Our ranking has a staleness threshold built in, so an old rate can be dropped from consideration rather than presented as current. It has nothing to act on while every row carries the same date, and it switches on by itself once real timestamps arrive.
Always check before you pay
Rates change without notice, and a seller can withdraw or alter an offer the day after it was verified. Treat our number as a strong indication of where to look, then confirm the final price on the seller’s own page before you pay. Our Terms say the same thing in more formal language.
Tell us when we are wrong
If what you were charged disagrees with what we showed, we want to know. What a real buyer actually paid is often the only evidence that a published rate was ever really in force. There is a contact address on the About page.
